LIVE!
Calm down. (duh!)
Scream into a pillow.
Eat a cookie. (or a person..)
JUMP UP AND DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hit your head so you get amnesia. ((don't ask where I got THAT from, lol))
Space out...
Draw.
Take some deeeeeep breaths.
DANCE!
